The problem has been located and resolved. It would be nice if there was a way to check sync, or force a resync from server to O without causing a password reset for the user.

That is interesting, because it doesn't appear to work that way. I reset the password at the console, which allowed the user to login to the computer, but they could not login to Office I fixed it by unassigning the account, and reassinging the account, and then before the user logged in or out, I changed the password in the Dashboard.

I at least hope I thwarted the "user must change password at next logon" by manually setting the password in the Dashboard.

Monday when the primary user comes in, she may get a password change request although AD doesn't have it checked. I have an account at this clients, which I can mess with and see whats going on.
